Hi, I’m Cameron—a queer, certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, currently training to become an ICF-accredited coach. I work with people who want space to reflect, explore, and move forward with more clarity.
Whether you’re sitting with a decision, navigating a transition, or feeling stuck, coaching can be a space to reconnect with your own wisdom.

My Approach
If you’ve ever felt like you’d get more clarity just by talking things through with someone who’s truly paying attention—this might be the space you’ve been looking for.
I’m not here to give advice or push an agenda. My role is to ask thoughtful questions that open new perspectives, help you slow down and notice what matters, and co-create accountability that feels motivating.
Coaching begins with the belief that you already hold the insight and capacity you need—even when life feels messy, uncertain, or in transition.
You don’t need to have a ‘problem’ to solve—just a willingness to show up and see what unfolds.

How It Works
Coaching sessions are one-on-one and held remotely over Zoom. Sessions are typically 45 minutes, once a week. You can start with a free consultation or dive right in with a full session.
Sliding Scale
I offer a flexible pricing model to support accessibility and reflect different financial circumstances:

$100 – Supporter Rate
For those with financial means who want to support equitable access for others. -
$75 – Sustaining Rate
The true cost of a session. If this feels manageable, this rate helps keep the work sustainable. -
$50 – Reduced Rate
For those for whom the standard rate would be a barrier. No explanation needed. -
Need more flexibility?
I keep a few spots open for clients with limited financial resources. If the sliding scale still feels out of reach, you’re welcome to reach out with a rate that works for you.
The intention is simple: cost shouldn’t be the reason someone doesn’t get support.
