Need space to think something through?

Hi, I’m Cameron—a queer, certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, currently training to become an ICF-accredited coach. I work with people who want space to reflect, explore, and move forward with more intention.

Whether you’re sitting with a decision, navigating a transition, or feeling stuck, coaching can help you reconnect with your own wisdom.

What Brings People to Coaching

People come to coaching to understand themselves more deeply, gain perspective on their situation, and create meaningful change.

Some of the areas we might focus on include:

  • Self-awareness – understanding your patterns, values, and inner narratives

  • Goal setting – defining what you’re working toward and how to get there

  • Decision making – exploring choices with confidence and perspective

  • Habit and behavior change – building practices that align with your values

  • Creativity – unlocking ideas and cultivating a generative mindset

  • Productivity – organizing your time and energy in ways that support your life

  • Getting unstuck – navigating resistance, confusion, or inertia with compassion and awareness

Here’s What Coaching Looks Like

Coaching is...
  • A space to reflect, explore, and take action

  • Focused on where you are and where you’re heading

  • A place to think out loud with someone who’s fully listening

  • Rooted in curiosity, trust, and partnership

Coaching isn't...
  • Therapy, consulting, or advice-giving

  • About analyzing the past

  • A place for fixing or telling you what to do

  • Rigid or one-size-fits-all

My Approach

If you’ve ever felt that things start to come into focus simply by talking them through with someone who’s there to think things through with you—this might be the space you’ve been looking for.

I’m not here to give advice or push an agenda. My role is to ask thoughtful questions that open new perspectives, help you slow down to notice what matters, and co-create accountability that feels supportive and motivating.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in curiosity—offering a lighthearted, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to think out loud and access your inner wisdom. Coaching begins with the belief that you already hold the insight and capacity you need—even when life feels messy, uncertain, or in transition.

Coaching Packages

These packages are a place to begin—a way to shape our work around what matters most to you. Think of them as frameworks, not formulas. You’re in the driver’s seat, and we’ll follow what feels most alive and meaningful along the way.

A six-session series offers enough time to build momentum and see real shifts take root. Many people choose to continue coaching beyond those first six sessions as their insight and direction deepen.

Each package includes six sessions for the price of five. A 50% deposit confirms your spot, and you’ll receive an additional 10% off if you choose to pay in full upfront.

From Insight to Action

Turning inspiration into practice

Let’s bring your learning to life. You’ve read the book, taken the course, attended the retreat, or listened to the talk that lit something up in you — but translating those ideas into lasting change is where most of us get stuck. This package is designed to bridge that gap.

This is a starting point for exploring what feels meaningful and learning how to integrate it into your life in a way that’s sustainable.

Over six sessions, we’ll identify what resonates most deeply, explore potential barriers or resistance, and create structure and accountability that feel supportive rather than forced.

What this work supports:

  • A deeper understanding of what matters most to you

  • A practical plan for applying new ideas or habits

  • Ways to work with resistance and sustain momentum

  • Greater alignment between intention and action

Start Where You Are

Cultivating a mindfulness and meditation practice

A steady practice begins with curiosity. Whether you’re new to mindfulness, looking to reconnect, or hoping to deepen a long-term practice, one-on-one coaching with a certified teacher offers personalized support for wherever you find yourself.

It can be a gentle introduction to the foundations of mindfulness, a space to reengage with familiar practices, or a sustaining container to continue growing your awareness and integrating what you’re learning through experience.

Across six sessions, we’ll explore what mindfulness means to you, experiment with approaches that feel natural, and work with whatever arises—calm, resistance, confusion, insight, or distraction—with compassion and openness.

What this work supports:

  • A practice that feels natural and self-supportive

  • A steadier, more compassionate way of relating to yourself and others

  • Simple practices you can return to in daily life

What Clients Say

Working with Cameron as my coach has been an empowering experience. When we started, I felt overwhelmed, lost, and was struggling with my confidence.

Through his patient approach, thoughtful questions, and powerful insights, he helped me break through some barriers that had been holding me back for years. Just five months later, I have a clear sense of purpose. I honestly believe everyone should have a coach like Cameron.

AS

How It Works

However you choose to begin, here’s what working together looks like:

Coaching sessions are one-on-one and held remotely over Zoom. Sessions are typically 45 minutes, once a week. You can start with a free 30 minute discovery call or dive right in with a full session.

What to Expect in a Session

We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to coaching and what you hope to discover or move toward through our work together.

From there, each session begins with a check-in to decide what feels most relevant to explore that day. Some people come in with a clear focus; others arrive with a general sense that something needs attention. Either way works.

Together, we’ll co-create an agenda for the session so our time feels purposeful but never rigid. Coaching is a space for discovery as much as direction—sometimes what’s needed reveals itself by following the thread that’s emerging in the moment..

Sliding Scale

I offer a flexible pricing model to support accessibility and reflect different financial circumstances:

  • $75 – Sustaining Rate
The true cost of a session. If this feels manageable, this rate helps keep the work sustainable.

  • $100 – Supporter Rate
For those with financial means who want to support equitable access for others.

  • $50 – Reduced Rate
For those for whom the standard rate would be a barrier. No explanation needed.

  • Need more flexibility?
I keep a few spots open for clients with limited financial resources. If the sliding scale still feels out of reach, you’re welcome to reach out with a rate that works for you.

The intention is simple: cost shouldn’t be the reason someone doesn’t get support.

You don’t need to have a ‘problem’ to solve—just a willingness to show up and see what unfolds.
